Towns Health Services Inc. offers four programs to assist you. If you are looking to enter treatment at Towns Health Services (THS) or Palm Tree Ranch (PTR), Dr. Towns and his team work together to provide the highest standard of care to each client. Their belief in personalized care and attention helps them provide clients with exceptional treatment plans that meet their unique needs and circumstances. We accept all out-of-network plans. We are in-network with TriWest, Evernorth and Sacramento and San Joaquin county Medi-Cal . Please call to check on our in-network status as we are actively in credentialing process with insurance providers such as TriCare, Anthem, Multiplan, Halcyon, Aetna, HMC Healthworks, United Health Care, and Optum.

Our 4-acre ranch in Herald, CA, offers a luxurious setting for recovery, while our inpatient facility in Galt, CA, provides detox and incidental medical services, also catering to individuals with co-occurring disorders. Towns Health Services offers three sites to serve you located at 750 Spaans Drive Ste C, D, F Galt, CA 95632, 330 S. Ste. 2 Fairmont St. Lodi, CA 95240 and 400 S. Fairmont Ave Lodi, CA 95240. What other services does Dr. Towns provide?
In addition to his addiction consultation services for drugs and alcohol, Dr. Towns offers care for co-occurring disorders including those struggling with gambling addiction through his program offering Intensive Outpatient (IOP), Partial Hospitalization (PHP) services and when necessary, Medication Assisted Therapy (MAT). In addition, Dr. Towns provides expert witness services after an initial assessment and he provides follow-up assessments for early termination of probation for his clients. What levels of care does Towns Health Services and Palm Tree Ranch?
Towns Health Services Inc. offers the full continuum of care and evidence-based drug and alcohol treatment services. We offer both inpatient and outpatient treatment services. Detox and residential treatment is offered for our inpatient services. In our outpatient settings we provide Outpatient OP, Intensive Outpatient Treatment IOP, Partial Hospitalization PHP.
I was told you accept Medi-Cal treatment services, how can I get started?
Yes, only our beautiful outpatient treatment programs accept Medi-Cal. What is Dr. Town's Experience?
Dr. Towns is a highly experienced and double-board certified Addiction Fellow of the American Society of Addiction Medicine, certified by the American Board of Preventive Medicine in Addiction Medicine, and the American Board of Internal Medicine. He has dedicated his career to helping individuals struggling with addiction. He holds degrees from the University of Michigan Medical School, a Harvard Clinical Fellowship at Cambridge Hospital, and UC Berkeley.
