If you are looking to enter treatment at Towns Health Services (THS) or Palm Tree Ranch (PTR), Dr. Towns and his team work together to provide the highest standard of care to each client. Their belief in personalized care and attention helps them provide clients with exceptional treatment plans that meet their unique needs and circumstances. We accept all out-of-network plans. We are in-network with TriWest, Evernorth and Sacramento and San Joaquin county Medi-Cal . Please call to check on our in-network status as we are actively in credentialing process with insurance providers such as TriCare, Anthem, Multiplan, Halcyon, Aetna, HMC Healthworks, United Health Care, and Optum.

    Dr. Towns is a highly experienced and double-board certified Addiction Fellow of the American Society of Addiction Medicine, certified by the American Board of Preventive Medicine in Addiction Medicine, and the American Board of Internal Medicine. He has dedicated his career to helping individuals struggling with addiction. He holds degrees from the University of Michigan Medical School, a Harvard Clinical Fellowship at Cambridge Hospital, and UC Berkeley.
